A Storm Is Brewing

    Hello hello hello everyone!

A storm is brewing...Wind is gaining force...Water is surely rising...Which means Christians are at risk of drowning. Christians beware and be warned. The world is beginning to view us in a bad light because of our particular beliefs and how they contradict their own. We are entering the early beginnings of our persecution because we believe in Jesus Christ, but we shouldn't be surprised nor should we be afraid. So, I just wanted to give you guys not only a wake-up call but I also wanted to share with you some of Jesus' words that pertain to our current situation.

As much as today's current climate is scary, especially as we move closer and closer to His coming, I have found consolation in Jesus' words which I really wanted to share with you guys. In (KJV) John 15:18-20, Jesus said, "{18} If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. {19} If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. {20} Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also." This particular message was/is one that Christians today can truly resonate with, and it's one that can also inspire fear in some.

To combat this fear, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite verses that has truly helped when I really needed it. The verse is John 14:27. The verse states, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." I hope that this verse helps you the same way it has helped me.

The point of this post is to remind you that Jesus is truly coming soon, thus, the enemy is using the world to scare and hurt us. But we cannot be afraid. We have to hold on to Jesus and be closer to Him than ever before because, in times of great need and danger, He is our fortress and our strength. He is the one who we need to lean on during these trying times. Remember, as long you hold on to Him, He will bring you peace neither will He leave you so long as you do not leave Him.

By for now,

Eden
