Hello, hello, hello everyone!!!!
I have been really confused about what my next post should be, and I think I have finally figured it out. To start, I wanted to let you guys know that, as of writing this piece, I have had zero views on all of my posts except for one view on my first post (this excludes all of my mom's previous posts). Typically, in a social media-based world where one's popularity including, but not limited to, how many likes and views they get per post or video defines their social acceptance and standing within this incredibly shallow and vain society, I should care about my lack of views, but I don't. Why should I? Despite the fact that I would like to eventually get paid from this blog which can only happen once I get a decent number of views, I really don't concern myself with whether my blog will ever get views or not neither will I let myself lose faith.
The reason for this is... you. Clearly, at this very moment in time, you are reading this. Because you are, it is most likely because you want to be able to read something that is not filled with the propaganda and the disturbing messages that this upside down world is consistently publicizing whilst also being able to read about how this world's beliefs contradicts what we as Christians believe to be true through God's Word. While the world promotes perverse, unnatural, and disgusting messaging that is confusing the minds and judgments of so many, I am promoting common sense, the truth, and, most importantly, the Word of God. After you guys read my posts, I want you to be inspired to want to go deeper into the Bible and discover much more than what I write about. I want you guys to be able to find your way to Jesus, our Savior.
At the end of the day, if I can help lead at least one of you to Christ then that's all I care about. Like I said, I really don't care about how many views I get on these posts. I only care about gaining more souls for God because that is my job as a Christian that Jesus called us to do. My job is to be a fisher/gatherer of men or, as it is written in Matthew 4:19, "And he [Jesus] saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." In other words, in Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus called for His disciples and followers to "{19} Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: {20} Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
To sum up, I wanted to let you know about this because through this there is a lesson to be learned. We shouldn't care about the world's standards and what it expects/wants. We should only concern ourselves with our responsibility as Christians and what God expects of us.
Bye for now,
Eden
